OUR TERMS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW
This agreement contains the understanding between Good Loco (“Studio”) and the Customer (“You”).
Payment
Full payment must be made before the booking date.
Changes To Your Booking
To change a booking, a $50 admin fee will apply.
Any changes to bookings within 48 hours, you will not be able to change your booking. You will be charged per the Cancellation Policy (less than 7 days). Bookings may be moved 1 month maximum, and once only.
Overtime
All hire includes bump-in and bump out. Additional / overtime will be charged. If your session runs overtime, you will be billed for a full hour additionally ($75+GST per hour Weekday / $105+GST per hour Weekend). Please ensure you are packed and loaded out by the end of your session time.
Early-Hours & After Hours Booking: For any bookings outside our usual operating hours of 9AM-5PM, you must select the 'Additional Hour' Add-On at the point of booking. If you need an Additional Hour after booking please contact hello@goodloco.com so we can arrange. Charged at $125+GST/hour.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel more than 14 days in advance, 25% of the booking is charged. Within 14 days, 50% of the booking is charged. Less than 7 days, full payment is charged.
Cycolrama
As standard, our cyclorama is painted weekly (Fridays, pending avails). Repainting requests must be made minimum 48 hours in advance. Please book a repaint through the add ons during booking form – select 'Cyclorama Re-Paint' @ $50+GST. Good Loco does not ensure a clean cyc if not requested.
We have a few housekeeping rules while using the infinity wall:
Do not step on the curve.
Damage to the cyclorama will result in the full repair cost passed on to the Customer.
Do not place heavy objects on the cyclorama floor without protection i.e. a rug or mat. Ask for assistance - we're here to help!
If possible, please wear socks on the cyclorama. If shoes must be worn, use the sticky mat next to the cyclorama prior to walking on it.
Excess damage or leaving cyc in a state that requires a paint to fix issues, will result in a $50 repaint fee.
Insurance & Damages
The Customer will ensure that their public liability insurance covers you and your clients whilst using the Studio.
The Customer fully recognises that there are risks to conducting a photo shoot at the Studio, which the Customer is voluntarily entering into.The Studio will not cover any damages relating to personal injury, property damage or loss.
The Customer is responsible for their own equipment and personal property.
If any property or equipment from the Studio is damaged due to Customer negligence, then the Customer will be charged for the repair or replacement cost.
